Refund/Return/Exchange Policy
- Customers may return/exchange items within 30 days of the original delivery date.
- Condition of Items: Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Return Shipping: Danger Jones will cover the cost of return shipping for eligible items. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label upon receiving your return request.
- Exclusions: There are no exclusions to our return policy. All items are eligible for return, provided they meet the required conditions.
- Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original card used for the purchase once we have received and inspected the returned item. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected on your account.
- Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at hello@dangerjonescreative.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return/exchange.
- Our customer support team will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
- Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging with all tags attached, and include a copy of the RMA number and order confirmation.
- Affix the prepaid return shipping label to the package and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
